Another round of bugfixing for layman (1.0.5)

I added a new version of layman to my overlay for testing purposes. I'll move it to portage next week in case I don't find any major problems.

Changes for this version:

• Proxy support (ticket #23)
• Support for darcs overlays (thanks to Andres Loeh)
• Documentation for using local files as overlay lists (ticket #32)
• Addional option -S as a shortcut for -s ALL (ticket #33)
• Improved handling of network problems and corrupt downloads (ticket #34)
• Fixed doctests (ticket #36)
• Corrected handling of overlay urls specified on the command line (ticket #37)
• Fixed incorrect fetch documentation (ticket #38)
